Pre-Care & Health Assessments
After you register for your stay, you will begin the process of “Pre-Care”. With the help of our Unite app, you will begin preparing for your retreat right away. With workout ideas, helpful tips, and everything you need to physically and mentally prepare, you will be counting down the days till you check-in for your life-changing stay.
Once you arrive and prior to starting your fitness camp you will undergo a comprehensive health and fitness evaluation, this provides progressive baseline stats for monitoring improvement during your fitness journey with weekly monitoring.
We are proud to offer our guests the precise and non-invasive InBody 270 analysis for our health & fitness testing. This bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method used to measure the components of the body, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes.

The small group setting at Unite will allow for more personalized attention which will result in accelerated progress. This sets you up to lose the maximum amount of weight in the safest way possible. You will never be lost in the shuffle at Unite. If you do not join the group in the morning, expect a friendly call or text to check in.
While participating in the Unite weight loss and fitness camp, your days will be spent doing a variety of exercises ranging from boot camp style workouts, group fitness classes at the gym, and outdoor recreation in a small group dynamic. You will challenge yourself with a fitness experience unlike any other. We demonstrate and teach exercise fundamentals, so you’ll be protected from injury during your fitness journey.
We utilize the latest technology and scientific information associated with health, exercise science, education, and nutrition to help you achieve weight loss results as efficiently and safely as possible. You will be exercising in an award winning gym, using state-of-the-art training equipment. Your certified trainers will be working with you individually and in a small group setting to maximize your calorie burn and help you learn the basics with gym equipment and weights.

In order for your live-in fitness program to be a success, you must pair it with proper nutrition. Focusing on lean proteins, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and inflammation-lowering fats. The Unite eating plan is all about nutrients, balance, and stabilizing your blood sugar.

Sure, you’re going to have success at camp, our intimate setting is referred to as the “Unite Bubble” while you’re here. You don’t have to plan a whole lot and that is by design. But..When you go home, that’s when the real magic happens as you take what you’ve learned and incorporate it back into your life-style. We have a comprehensive app, which you use during your stay to track workouts, nutrition, daily progress, goals, and those habit changing tools you will take home with you. You’ll receive all the recipes you enjoyed at camp, mindful moment tips, and mental health education. Before you leave, we make sure you have everything you need to continue being successful with your health and wellness. During your final exit interview, you and our staff will create your personalized home plan which includes workouts, eating plan, and even stress-management and mindfulness activities. More
