The Wasatch Mountain Range is the defining characteristic of Northern Utah. Its rugged peaks are the epicenter of outdoor recreation. The range stretches some 160 miles with Salt Lake City, Utah’s capital city and cultural heart at the center. The incredible mountains have always been the Wasatch Front’s “backyard” playground but the 2002 Winter Olympics first showcased their natural splendor to a global audience.
The Unite Fitness Hiking Program is second to none. Each day, we offer a guided hike and for many of our guests, this is their favorite part of the program. We cater to all fitness levels on these outdoor adventures so everyone will experience the best workout (and scenery) possible. Time spent in nature is an important component to your retreat and our mindful hiking opportunities help to reconnect you with what matters most. With diverse and varied a trail options, intensity, and experience level for all – but each hike feature stunning scenery that is a reward in itself. Some of our other favorite spots include: Antelope Island to see the Great Salt Lake, Snowbird Ski Resort, Park City, Heber, and more.
