One of the biggest draws to our program is our structured environment. You don’t have to worry about planning anything! Our experts map out your wellness program with your specific goals and needs in mind. The Unite wellness program includes fitness classes and hiking, daily yoga and meditation. You’ll also experience spa rejuvenation, stress-management classes, life-coaching, opportunities to create, and make time for serious soul searching.
