Longevity & HEALTHY AGING Program

Our longevity pillar is designed to give guests access to deeper insight and total health support. Including a thorough health assessment, peptides, diagnostic testing, IV therapy, contrast therapy, and other longevity-focused services to help guests better understand their bodies and support healthy aging.
Long-term lifestyle change

Unite emphasizes sustainable fitness, whole-body health, realistic nutrition habits, mindset, and accountability that hold up in real life, long after your retreat is over. You’ll continue using our propriety Unite app to track your progress and stay connected to your FIKA nurse practitioner with monthly check-ins.
Recovery and symptom support

Recovery is a core part of the experience, including mobility, yoga, mindfulness, and private services, like massages or physical therapy. This helps you listen to your body and create healthier rhythms, addressing past injuries or pain management while adjusting to a new routine.
