How to book your wellness spa retreat:

  • Pick your start date (every Sunday is a new start date and we are open year round.)
  • Choose your length of stay (3 days up to 24 weeks). The most popular length of time is between 2-4 weeks.

  • Register for your retreat online or over the phone, 844-864-8388 and begin our “pre-care” process.

At our fitness and wellness spa retreat we focus on real nutrition, moving your body (a lot), and holistic (sustainable) life-style changes.

Attending our wellness spa retreat is not a “quick-fix,” instead, it is an effective tool designed to change the course of your health and wellness. We will not put you on a starvation diet (so you gain it all back when you go home) or try to sell you on supplements or drugs. Instead, wholesome meals will provide you energy to exercise and detoxify from sugar, preservatives, heavy carbs, alcohol, and more.
