We keep you on a serious schedule so you can get the best results possible. Do you need a lower impact program? No problem. You may spend more time in the swimming pool. With the care and attention of our trainers, you will receive the best possible workout each day for YOUR BODY. We’re also exclusive. We only take up to 30 guests each week, to ensure that each guest receives the care and attention they deserve. You will not have the “normal” distractions you have when at home- Work, family, daily stressors. All you need to do while attending your live-in weight loss camp is focus on your personal healthy journey. Being in a new and structured environment, especially one where nature is a big part of the experience, will set you up for long term success. When you do go back home, you’ll have the tools and resources to continue your journey at home as well as a 4 week after-care program. You may ask, will there be all ages at this weight loss camp?
