One of the biggest draws to our program is our structured environment. You don’t have to worry about planning anything! Our experts map out your wellness program with your specific goals and needs in mind. The Unite wellness program includes fitness classes and hiking, daily yoga and meditation. You’ll also experience spa rejuvenation, stress-management classes and life-coaching. See our sample schedule below.

Training for a triathlon or haven’t worked out in over a decade? Â No worries, we’ll customize a program to fit you. Â One thing is for sure, you will have a fitness experience that you’ll never forget. Â Sure losing weight and getting fit is great, but your long term health is our focus.
Locals Weight Loss Retreat Program in Salt Lake City
For local Salt Lake City residents, you have the option to do our “live out” program. You attend the program all day and go home at night. Attending our wellness retreat is not a “quick-fix,” instead, it is an effective and powerful tool designed to change the course of your health and wellness. You pick either a 3, 5, or 7 day program. The program begins at 6:30 AM each day and ends at 7:30 PM. You go home and sleep and come back the next day for more life-changing wellness.

9:45 AM BREAK AND SNACK
10:00 AM 3RD GYM CLASS- SUSPENSION TRAINING, FAT BLAST BOOT CAMP
11:00 AM STRETCH/COOL DOWN
12:00 PM CHEF PREPARED HEALTHY LUNCH & EDUCATIONAL CLASS
1:15 PM- 3:45 PM DAILY HIKE

Our year round weight loss retreat is located in Salt Lake City, Utah in an incredibly beautiful setting surrounded by the Rocky Mountains. We have a private, delightful facility with a large spacious dining room and offices, and a modern new private gym.If you do not need lodging, please deduct $700 per week.
