Unite Fitness Retreat cooking classes are both fun and educational. You can pick up some serious skills and cooking know-how that will enrich your experience with preparing healthy food. One of the biggest obstacles to success at home is continuing with your healthy eating. We help you break it down, so cooking nutritious meals doesn’t have to be tedious or difficult, quite the opposite! You’ll be excited to go home and start cooking in your own kitchen. Each week, you get to be the chef in a gourmet cooking school, learning from the best chefs.

What will you learn in our cooking classes?

Terminology– Sear, Saute, baste, roast, dice, chop, mince-there is a lot of terminology that goes on in the kitchen. In a cooking class you can learn appropriate terminology that will help you to better read and understand recipe preparations.

Basic Skills– A few of the basic skills you can learn in the kitchen are knife skills, basic cooking methods, such as searing and braising, menu development, and meal prep.
