Twice a month we welcome weight loss expert, Michelle Lewis, LCSW, to speak at our weight loss camp.  Michelle provides our Unite guests with education on barriers to weight loss, overcoming food addictions, understanding emotional eating, and more.  If you are struggling with emotional eating and/or food addiction, there is help.  At Unite Fitness Retreat, you will understand how to change these unhealthy behaviors.
