We offer support through educational e-mails, private e-mail access to your Unite coaches, and life-long guidance through our private Facebook forum.  Not only will you have access to us as your health coaches through this group, you will also have access to a community of individuals undergoing the same transformation.  The community support is priceless!  This will guide you through a positive transition of health and wellness at home.

Prior to going home, with the help of our staff, you’ll create a nutrition and exercise plan.  We will further delve into topics that are vital to your transformation; examining what you eat and why, as well as your behavior and the emotional components that may keep you from optimal healthy eating.
