Guests spend mornings under the guidance of experienced Unite trainers through group exercise and strength training sessions. Boot camps with a view, we like to call it. During the afternoons, our local hiking guides take you to explore the terrain of local hiking gems, like Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall. Wrap up the day with a restorative mobility and yoga class. Many of the activities allow guests to connect with nature’s healing elements, taking place outdoors. Our highly knowledgeable team is trained in all aspects of fitness and health to support and nurture, while guiding you to achieve your personal goals.
